I always appreciate an honest review so I will give one when I can. I invested in this program about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I have not completed the material (about half way through). This is the reason for the 4 stars opposed to 5. BUT - Jake and his team have been great and the information is clear/easy to follow. The best part IMO is the ability to email Jake and receive a video response directly from him answering any questions. Also the community you become a part of is priceless. Good luck!

The program was very well put together. It had clear & concise explanations that were followed by detailed examples. It contained significant information that was cohesively organized in step by step classes on how to flip. Jake’s friendly demeanor made learning the program fun and less overwhelming. I felt like I was getting the information from a friend I could trust. Although I had 0 experience in Real Estate Jake explained each class with a vocabulary I could understand. Once I purchased the program I was happy to find out that I had access to it for life, and that I could also learn at my own pace. The only reason I don’t give the review 5 stars is because I felt the interest rate of the financing payment plan was very high.
