Very informative program that get you all you need if you want to start investing in real estate! My Husband and I had the blessing to have coach Sam and Julia they are Rock Stars I'm telling you! Keep up the good work guys!

Jake is relatable and put things in a frame that is clear and easy to understand. This training helped open my eyes to things that I didn't think were possible and my business will benefit forever as a result. If you stay focused and put in the work, you can leverage this program to improve your business.

The thing that has made my experience great, is the fact that the coaches "actually" care about my success. It is evident by the questions they ask, and the encouragement given based on my answers to their questions. Even the tough "I don't want you to know that about me" answers. Also, the manner in which the material is taught is priceless. Simple and plain.

I am about a month into the program and I have found it extremely valuable. The content is easy to understand, the accountability partners are an amazing resource and the community is welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to put everything I learned into practice!

The education component is out of this world, there's no death by PowerPoint. Jake goes through real life examples to show us that this system can be used by ANYONE. This has given me a tremendous amount of confidence to start a new career and business!

It's 2024 and we have a huge range of information, that we can tap into at any moment. Our phone can get us literally anything we want in life, and all we got to do is go online. You can buy a car, a weekend trip to Cancun, and so much more. This program has literally changed my life. I've gone through other programs and I've watched hundreds of Youtube videos on flipping houses. Nothing even comes close to this program! I'm blown away on how Jake has strategically put together such a great course. This program is structured so well, that I would be very confused if someone completed the videos, and couldn't flip a house. He provides HML and Gap lenders to us, and they know we may have bad credit, and no prior experience. To top it off we have access to our own coaches. That right there is so important because there are times through the process where they play a huge role on us executing these deal. My couch Ed B has been in my corner time after time. He always answers my calls and he explains things to me very clearly. The cool thing about him is he can relate to me, because he also didn't come from money. He doesn't just coach me with real estate, he's actually helped me keep a clear mindset also.

I love that everything is simplified in the program. It is literally step by step learning from start to finish! You also get weekly coaching calls that keep you on track and many other resources! My coach EDUARD has been amazing because he asks about me specifically and gives me tips and send links to help me along the way. This is a no brainer, if you are deciding if this is right for you then JUST GET THE PROGRAM! You will not regret this life changing decision!

I am a couple of weeks into the program. The information is on point, the action steps are the focus I need, the daily coaching calls are insightful, and the 1:1 accountability coach is welcomed. My coach is straightforward and helpful. It is obvious he wants me to succeed.
