Flip Secrets is not only an amazing training program but community, as well! The education and support team surpassed my expectation and helped me to hit the ground running with their master class, encouragement coaching calls and confidence building. Within the first week of starting, I had 1 property under contract and then another 3 by the 3rd week. This is for any level of investor, whether you're a newbie wanting to break into the real estate Investor's arena or someone who has had some related experience - it has something to offer everyone! I am truly blessed for connecting with them and know without a doubt that by having my ambition and drive, coupled with all the tools, resources and mentorship that Flip Secrets offers, I have a solid foundation for a successful business and future as a real estate investor. Without a doubt - highly recommended! ;)

I truly enjoyed the training course. Jake has made it very easy to understand the step-by-step investing in real estate remotely. Another great plus is having weekly mentoring calls from someone who has gone through the experience. The only concern my husband had was, the material could possibly be dated however, he is understanding dated or not if you follow step-by-step, you will achieve.

I have been a part of the real estate industry for over twenty five years, but I never felt completely confident in the investment aspect of it until I joined Flip Secrets. Now, I have a better understanding of the market and how to make smart investments that yield high returns. Thanks to Flip Secrets, I have been able to grow and diversify my real estate portfolio successfully.

This Company has since day 1 been one of the best experiences ever. The team are experience professionals that go the extra mile for you. They invite communication and encourage everyone to be successful.

Flip Secrets is a great program! I was very hesitant, I reviewed several companies non compared to what the Flip Secrets family offers, they teach each and every step of the process, they have coaches to help you start the program, help me set goals to achieve dreams, to hold me accountable, mentors to help with questions, its truly a family of investors helping each other be successful.

Jake goes over each and every detail in his training videos. I was a complete newbie to real estate investing. And with the training material, I was able to close on a deal within my first month. As long as you put in the effort, the Flip Secrets program will help you achieve your goal whether it’s a single flip or a series of flips. Truly transformative experience!

Yes this is legit. I've been involved in this for a few months taking the class at my own pace bc I have a Very busy schedule with my high school daughter amongst other things. This class is so informative. Jake is an excellent coach and breaks it down. I'm not completely through with my classes, but there's no doubt in my mind that I won't succeed.

It's more than a just a program. It's a whole community always willing to help and guide you through any questions. There are many resources available that made it easy to take the next step.
