Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

As a Real Estate Agent and investor I am very impressed with the program, from Jake’s thorough and informative video series, 6-week personal coaching (this did not disappoint!), and on-going community support private discord group. This is verifiably a proven system if you follow it. With consistency and persistence, no doubt will pay off.

This community is awesome I love it

Well the people seem to be so genuine. I like the staff. They give you good information and for those think that things going to drop in your lap. You have to put the work in and if you follow the instructions it will work out. Don't give up Ps I haven't done a flip yet but it's coming!!!!

Great encouragement. He was very informative and adhered to my learning style.

I would definitely recommend this program to people who really want to flip properties. It lays out the blueprint from beginning to end.

The MasterClass Video Series was very helpful and got me back up to speed on investing from the 90s up until 2008. Also, the almost daily Newbie Zoom calls with Sam Jones were invaluable. Sam has Jobe's patience when dealing with all of us newbies, and she keeps a smile on her face the entire time.

They are very helpful always available great program I recommend for anyone who wants a new success path best decision I’ve made

Jake is exactly what you would want to convey all of the information that is covered. Thorough, attention to detail, real-life examples and walk-through through issues which can arise. The discord is great and collaborative as well as extremely helpful in getting your feet wet. It is hard work as it should be, but the program give you all of the tools and more to be successful as long as you follow the strategy outlined. I will recommend this program to any family/friends who can see themselves being real estate investors!
