Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

Love that all the information you need is available to you in the master class. This program is set up really well, and it takes determination to get it done, questions are always answered whether in discord (group chat) or your accountability coach. Even the weekly zoom calls if you miss them watching the recordings is very informative. 4 stars only because I haven’t closed on my first property yet, but I know when the time comes, I have the team to fall back on & guide me through. Definitely worth it when the effort & time is put in.

Thus far my experience with flip secrets family. Has been more The. Expected . Especially my coach Sam she is the best . Anything I need she has been there to assist every time no question asked. So for someone who has experience but understands that there are strength in numbers. I would recommend everyone joining the flip secret family.

Information is good and the staff people have been very nice and helpful.

Jake has done a great job creating this community. He made real estate investment simple and easy to understand. I've always wanted to invest in real estate but didn't know where to begin. Flip Secret gave me the step by step on how to start and where to find the resources. More importantly, the weekly call and member support is very useful.

Great course and tons of valuable connections through other investors, agents, and lenders. The only thing this course lacks it the key to actually investing without any of your own money, finding a gap lender. Although the course has gap lenders most don’t have cash available and thus this can create a headache. I recommend this course and it helped reinforce my real estate career as I’ve been buying rentals for 5 years and a flipper for 1 year.

I've taken many investment courses and this is the first time I've ever been able to have all the tools and knowledge to put in offers. Although I haven't had an offer accepted, I am confident that it will happen soon.

Very comprehensive and practical

Recommend! I was skeptical, as I'm sure you are as well. It would be a lie to say you have a 24-7 direct line to Jake, but you do have access to the Cadre of experienced professionals that have equal experience, and together we all network to share opportunities and make deals!
