Flip Secrets is the real deal. I am years ahead of my colleagues as a result of the training and networking I have received due to this network. From my initial coach to my accountability coaches and Lenders I have met in the program everyone has been awesome. This was a great decision to join, and I will always recommend to everyone that asks. Even though I want to keep it a secret for selfish reasons lol!! Great Program guys!!!

The one on one program is great because it connects you with someone that has been doing this for years and they provide motivation to keep you on track. This program also connects you with like minded people that can help you in all stages of flipping homes. It even helped me realize the potential of me being a GAP funder and maximizing my cash flow.

I can't say enough good things about Jake and the Flip Secret family! Jake is super down to earth, and what you see is what you get—no BS, no shiny big talk, and definitely no false promises. He’s grounded in the materials and ideas he teaches, taking a very realistic approach to the course. It's refreshing compared to some of the other TikTok and Instagram courses out there that make everything sound too good to be true. The colleagues, instructors, and vendors Jake works with are all great people who share the same vibes. They create an environment that’s focused on putting in the work, while still being incredibly encouraging. You can see results if you put in the effort, and it’s clear that this community is built on that principle. The Discord community they’ve built is fantastic—engaging, supportive, and a great way to network with others who are at the same level. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to connect with like-minded individuals, there’s always someone around to talk to. Sam is always there to answer questions for the newbies, which is awesome. And I can’t forget to mention Julia, the accountability coach. She was amazing in the beginning, helping me stay focused on the important tasks and setting me up for success. Her guidance really kept me on the right track and motivated to take action. Overall, this is an excellent program and community—10/10 would recommend to anyone serious about learning and growing in this field!

The best part about this program is how direct and accessible all the information is. From the very get go You learn only what you need to and what matters. Furthermore, the discord community is a gold mind in itself. Within the community, you can connect with not only new investors but experienced investors, and potential partners. I was able to implement the strategies learned in the program and make offers within the first couple of weeks.

The training is thorough and saved me months of learning things the hard way. I was able to close a deal within weeks because I knew the process better and skipped all the learning curves. Access to forms, networking and coaching helped me stay focused, confident and positive through difficult times as well as giving me a structure to keep me on track. I really felt like I knew what I was talking about and what I needed from my networks which was helpful in weeding out dead spots in my circles of influence.
