Been in RE for a good amount of time and honestly doing well. However, when I decided to join the program, it boosted my business 10X. In just 30 days, I put in my pipeline the same amount it took me to do in 2 years. Its incredible what the networking and open line of communication has done for my business! Def worth it!!!!!

I am really amazed of this master class video step-by-step, outstanding for me. It has everything that I need tools to become successful and to look forward on what I need and to watch out for I am really really impressed and all the coaching calls and meetings are very clear and lots of information to watch out for as well, I am really amazed on how you guys break information through and with my coaching call I feel very blessed and helpful with that as well and I’m really looking forward and working together as a team thank you thank you.

The course was incredibly well-structured, providing a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights. Jake was top-notch, bringing years of real-world experience to the table. He broke down complex concepts into easily digestible lessons and shared invaluable tips and tricks that only seasoned professionals would know. The hands-on case studies were particularly beneficial, allowing me to apply what I learned in real-life scenarios. Overall, this course has given me the confidence and knowledge I needed to dive into the world of real estate flipping. If you're serious about learning how to flip houses successfully, I highly recommend this course!

I wanted to start this business about 10 years ago, The more I learned through social media the more I became eager to start. This company has a extensive group of people to support the journey from lenders, joint venture partners, real estate agent and contractors alike. While not all the resources I used where from the group I gain the confidence to start and I was able to purchase my first property using the strategies. Trust the process, it can work but you need some skill set; patience, negotiation skill and grit.

I wasn't crazy about the new format at first considering how many videos I had watched and had to start over from the beginning. I like the new concept and get why it was done. I like that you can go at your own pace because sometimes there's unforeseeable circumstances or people bite off more than can chew.

Plain and simple, if you pay attention, take the time, and put in the work you can be successful here. NO it is not overnight, it takes time and consistency. If it was easy everyone would do it successfully. Secret weapon: SAM JONES! Calls for new personnel are amazing! Probably one of the best features of this group. Am I making any money? NO Do I have way more knowledge than than someone at the same stage as me? I truly think so. Not only that if I need assistance or have questions the community is all over it. First flip coming soon though!

I’ve been seeing the ads on Instagram for a while, and I downloaded the free calculator and was using it and finally decided to join the program. We’ve joined other programs before, but this is one of the most organized and robust. There is a lot of content that is covered in the modules, but is explained with simple language and makes it easy for anyone to understand. We’ve done a couple of deals before so we were familiar with a lot of the concepts that were covered, but it was still in depth enough that we got a lot of value from it. But the number one thing that I can say about this program is the discord community and everybody that’s in it and all the coaches that provide accountability coaching. You can find everything you need in the discord community, potential partners, lenders, deals, recommendations for contractors…etc. And the coaches check up on you weekly to make sure you’re staying on task. If you’re looking to learn how to flip houses, this is the program!

So many places to invest your time n money! From Day 1 of joining the Flip Secrets community I have felt guided and directed. The mastery class is beyond any hopes and expectations that I had. It’s a lot of knowledge and Jake keeps it interesting and fun! Coach Ed keeps me in line with our calls. I have to mention that I do not believe Sam Jones sleeps! The team has just been amazing!
