My experience is so I've being learning on flipping house since first day in. Great coaching people especially Eduard B. and getting close to get my 1st deal and recommend this training to anybody doesn't matter age or preference on work you might have this program will catapult you on real estate business and keep enjoying your family at the same time.

I had to change my mindset first. I feel empowered to do the work. I was assigned an accountability coach, and I have coaching calls to join throughout the day. Granted there is a lot of information to decipher and it can be daunting but the experience is worthwhile. The teaching is clear, and the resources for me to succeed are within the community and available whenever I ask. I would recommend it to anyone who will make the sacrifice and is willing to be challenged to succeed in real estate.

Gerry here! Flip Secrets and Jake's Master Class training have lived up to the social media hype! Jake does an excellent job presenting the core data and information to "jump start" your fix/flip investment business. The mentoring team, fellow investor interaction, and my accountability coach have been terrific. All the team members are approachable and available to address questions, review best practices, and "how to" make things happen. Important note...Jake and the team address the proper mindset to make this business work however, if you don't take action...Flip Secrets or any training/mentoring program will not work.

My experience was incredible! After my first flip, I was able to quit my job and become a full-time investor. In just five months, I earned what would have taken me over a year at a regular job. The program did an amazing job explaining the content, and believe me, I started with zero experience. I hesitated at first, but I saw the program as a sign from God—an opportunity to create financial freedom and spend more time with my family and friends. Now, I own and manage several rental properties, and as a realtor in Pennsylvania, I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Jake’s program truly changed my life. My real estate investments not only pay for themselves, but they also support my lifestyle.

Flip secrets has an amazing program if you follow what is presented.

Great information. Well presented and love that information is presented in a video format so you can go back and review the content.

The mentorship program is amazing. There are some many people will to assist you during your journey. This is a huge network of new and seasoned pros and everyone is friendly with great advice. A big shoutout to my mentor Ed who is always available to answer my questions and provided guidance along my journey.

The course information is easily digestible by anyone, even if you are new to the investment strategy! Jake is personable and relatable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone even considering the idea. 100% worth every penny and every minute invested in studying and watching videos!
