Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

I have been in the program for about 9 months now and have not made a flip, due to me not putting in enough of my time and effort. Jake and his team do a great job at teaching about the real estate business and give good tips and tricks on the business, would recommend to other people in the future even though I have not made a flip yet I have learned a lot but have not put it to effect personally so, so nothing to do with them.

I became a Flip Secrets Masterclass student during Thanksgiving week and had many other priorities happening during the holidays in December too. The wonderful thing about the Flip Secrets Masterclass is that it's a "Learn at Your Own Pace" education. I thought I'd feel pressure to stay on a fast pace like many other students are on but I've been able to make my own schedule. I've had amazing support from my Accountability Coach who helps me weekly stay on track. She gives me great personal advice and understands when I am falling a little behind because of other priorities. She has awesome suggestions that help keep me headed on the right path. She builds my confidence and after speaking with her once per week, I feel like, and know, I'll do well! The Flip Secrets Masterclass is giving me all of the tools I need to meet my financial goals in real estate investing.

Currently in contact with them and was supposed to have a meeting today to confirm financials. Jordan and Lance are very kind men over phone, I will edit review when I begin program.

Julia has been very helpful helping me through the system process. Always on time, very accountable.

I believe the company has great ideas and it's pace of attracting new members, realtors and investors through Jake's experience has been extremely impressive. If I was the COO for a day I would recommend that someone checks in once a month to keep encouraging. I know you can't get anyone over the finish line but with the cost it would be nice to see how top performers approach their day. Shadowing a top performer from start to finish would be a game changer. The calls are great but I would aligned that more with ideas from top performers. The program is hands down the best out there! Thank you!!

The personal contact makes it better! I took just as much from my accountability phone calls as I did from the lessons. I love the amount of info, and that the apply in practical application, as, like so many, I am a "learn by example" type of person. The chance to continually review lessons as they begin to apply in the course of making the deals is truly priceless!

Usually, or so it’s been my experience, when one purchases a master class, it’s SUPER expensive and the help is minimal. Flip Secrets is a fraction of the price and your success depends on you and your obedience. The information is given, your only task is to implement what’s given, exact as it’s given and you will be successful. Thank you Jake and team!! You’re the best!! Thank you for giving & doing what you promised!!!

Community driven when things get hard or you start to doubt yourself people are there to share experiences and give advise! Great source of knowledge!
