The Extreme CollectionReviews of theextremecollection.com

The quality of the blazer is unquestionable. I receive so many compliments since looks unique and exclusive. The customer service is everything you could wish for when shopping online. Marisa guided me via whatsapp in choosing the right style and size, sent pictures, gave me tips on how to style the blazer, and patiently helped me find the perfect model for the occasion. At the end of the day, it’s always the people who make you want to come back. I would definitely buy from The Extreme Collection again!

Me encantan las prendas, su belleza y estilo!

Fabulous customer service, very prompt and attentive. It is very convenient to be able to rely on a person rather than the web. Nieves has been absolutely fantastic!!!! Thank you! The quality and beauty of the jackets are really unique!

I am publicly raising a serious consumer-protection concern regarding The Extreme Collection, based on my personal experience with Order #4700 After I posted truthful reviews describing my actual experience with this order, The Extreme Collection’s customer service team deliberately removed my reviews from its social media accounts and subsequently restricted my account from posting further reviews. This goes beyond an ordinary disagreement with a customer. The selective removal of genuine negative consumer reviews, while allowing positive reviews to remain, raises serious concerns under EU consumer-protection law. Under the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), businesses are prohibited from engaging in misleading practices involving consumer reviews. The European Commission's guidance specifically addresses the practice of displaying positive reviews while suppressing or deleting negative reviews. Legal reference: European Commission, Guidance on the interpretation and application of Directive 2005/29/EC concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices — particularly the provisions concerning consumer reviews and endorsements. Relevant EU legislation: Directive 2005/29/EC — Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161. I therefore consider the conduct I experienced to raise a potential breach of EU consumer-protection rules, and I reserve my right to bring this matter to the attention of the relevant consumer-protection and regulatory authorities. Consumers have the right to access genuine and representative customer experiences, rather than a selectively curated version of customer feedback. My review was based on my genuine experience with Order #4700, and I stand by the facts stated in it. ⚠️ Consumers: please be aware!

DO NOT BUY! Not ethical & NOT sustainable, NO quality, clothing Leaking Dye, disastrous customer care. My friend purchased 5 items #4700 (8V4PLOUYU), 2 jackets and 2 shirts are leaking DYE. Her Dior saddle bag got stained. We have submitted formal requests for eco-friendly, sustainability and quality control proofs. No response from a company. Comments on social media regarding an issue are deleted and users blocked - but requests to submit purchased items quality control reports - ignored!
