This is a company who doesn’t care about the people who rent apartments in their buildings their Brewster, Massachusetts Serenity Apartments is one such building. The building is in substandard condition and they charge top dollar rent the biggest problem in the building though is the building manager she’s just the most horrid person rude she’s a bully. She badgers the residence who are seniors. She has no business in that position, what makes elevation so bad is any effort to contact them concerning problems in the building are met with silence. Their vacancy rate runs between 10 and 16% on any given month. The national average is 7%. The local average is one percent.
