The Dinner Detective True Crime Murder Mystery Dinner ShowReviews of thedinnerdetective.com

The entire show was stupid. It was screeching loud. It was insulting and rude. It was not as advertised and was in fact exactly what the website promised it would not be. I wasted good money on this garbage. The age range for this event should be 8 - 15 years old. I doubt you will post my opinions.

Sorry, this was the most confusing, third rate experience ever. The peanut butter and jelly actors were unskilled and unconvincing and the whole concept did not work. Maybe set the murder scene in Savannah to add some local connection. Speaking of the murder scene??? It didn't work. Sorry, a super waste of money for good folks to pay.

We play clue as a family, nothing with questionable language or risqué or perversion, we have lots of fun. But unlike this play, it's a total opposite. Definitely not family friendly and not ethical for any Christian. We had to leave early because it felt disrespectful to basic values and common decency. I felt horrible inside, horrible for my family, and horrible before the Lord because of the indecency and mocking of wholesome God values. Even though I spent colse to 500 total we were a party of 6 × 65.00 and the food very subpar the great value to me at any expense was leaving early because of the uncleanness and filth of this play.

The food was mediocre at best. The murder mystery is still a mystery to me. 2 girls wearing badges and talking into a mic was it. I never knew what was going on. When they finally said who the killer was, we were like …… why?

The entertainment was great. Unfortunately, the salmon that was served to us gave both of us food poisoning. We both thought it smelled fishy before we ate it. But it tasted fine with the sauce covering it. However, the next day my wife spent two days in bed with nausea and vomiting. We don't drink alcohol and had been fine before we went there. Tried to call the number on the email to report this but could only get recordings. Had this happened to someone that was immunocompromised it could have been a for real detective show. Didn't want to post this but no other way to let them know about the food that is being served there.
