First of all, I'd like to thank John from the customer support department because he was really reassuring and kind to me during the whole process of buying and shipping. The product arrived swiftly and in perfect condition, exactly as the item description said. The toy is easy to clean and the materials are of great quality, soft and sturdy at the same time. I would very much recommend this website as I found everything incredibly professional, discreet and of high quality.
