I previously submitted a 1-Star rating because I never received my order and due to the lack of response from customer service. As of today, DECEMBER 16, 2026: The Cocobeauty company contacted me with their apologies. I was immediately refunded my money back. Days later, I was provided with a discount code by Cocobeauty to repurchase the wigs I originally ordered, but never received then. My package was shipped via Express and arrived two days later!! I am very pleased by their prompt response in providing a resolution. I am now giving the company a 5-Star Rating because they apologized, took immediate action, and provided a resolution to my concerns. I couldn't be more happy with my order. Thank you Cocobeauty for your wonderful customer service and quality wigs!!!👋🏾🙏🏾

I received the order a lot faster than I expected & it was in perfect condition & the correct wig I had been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else so I’m beyond grateful!!!
