Dear Molly Inden, For the ethical integrity, honesty, and transparency of your reviews, we strongly advise you to use your real name and refrain from creating multiple alias accounts to target our business reputation. To ensure you are properly informed: to steal means to illegally remove or take property or services from another entity without consent, with the intent to permanently deprive them of it. As your own narrative demonstrates, you inquired about our services, received an invoice and contract, willingly authorized and paid for those services, signed the contract, and subsequently received the work. That is not stealing. Per our communication logs, you requested a refund a full month after your project concluded, stating you were unhappy with the result. We denied that request, but offered to return to find a fair resolution (even though we were not required to do so under our agreed service terms). More importantly, to address this situation with the utmost empathy and emotional understanding, we cannot help but feel concerned by what has become a three-year season of continuous harassment. Your ongoing behavior toward our staff, and, quite frankly, toward yourself, is highly telling and inappropriate. It is unclear what this fixation is or what you are attempting to achieve, but we promise you, it is not creating any negative impact or drawing the attention you are hoping for. Over the past three years, we have implemented effective procedures to protect our team from your online harassment and personal attacks, ensuring our organizers remain unaffected by such behavior. We have not engaged or spoken with you in three years. Yet, nearly every month since, you are either directly messaging a staff member or leaving false reviews under shifting aliases. We understand that life can be difficult and that dealing with daily hardships is a heavy burden. However, this outlet is highly counterproductive. This prolonged fixation suggests that something in your life has been causing you deep distress over the last three years, and projecting intimidation onto others has become your primary coping mechanism. Ultimately, we are responding today in hopes it will bring you some closure or relief. You can leave a million false reviews under a million different names; it will not trigger any negative, unprofessional reaction from us, nor will it impact our business. We genuinely wish you well and hope you find the support and peace you need/looking for. If there is anything we can do to assist you toward a constructive, positive healing journey, please let us know. We would be glad to help however we can.

Lara, This review does not accurately reflect the documented record of this project. In keeping with our commitment to integrity, we are providing the timeline below, as it is reflected in our records. Your package began with a 1.5-hour virtual diagnostic consultation and a custom design and organization blueprint with a detailed product list. Both were completed and delivered, as your review acknowledges. The in-person sessions never took place for one reason: you canceled the project. Our scheduling records confirm this. The duplicate charge was reversed on October 20, 2025, and you were refunded in full on October 25, 2025. Consequently, the consultation and custom blueprint were ultimately provided to you at no cost. It is important to understand the real sequence of events. After repeated phone calls and text messages to a team member's personal phone, placed after 11:00 PM, went unanswered, we received a series of messages demanding an immediate response and an apology. We replied professionally during business hours and held to that boundary. The project was canceled shortly after, and this review followed. Our project managers often share their direct numbers so clients enjoy a personal, one-on-one experience. That access is a courtesy, not an obligation. No team member is required to respond to calls or texts late into the night, and holding that boundary required no apology. Lastly, readers should also know that several one-star reviews from individuals connected to this reviewer, none of whom have any client relationship with our company, appeared across multiple platforms within days of this one. We have reported them to each platform as coordinated and inauthentic. Every statement above is supported by our message records, scheduling logs, and refund confirmations. We are happy to provide the verifiable records to any appropriate party reviewing this matter
