Dissatisfied
Worst Customer Service!!!
Was a Pet Paws customer using their product FRESH STEP CAT LITTER. When you purchased the product you acquired points you could redeem for more products. Now that they are discontinuing this service, I want to redeem my accrued points, but trying to get someone to respond has been useless! I have emailed several people, emailed several times, tried calling by phone, numbers not in service. I guess they DON'T want to refund customers what is DUE to them! So unfair and rude! Lack of respect for customers and being unavailable is shameful! I do not recommend buying these products any longer! Poorest customer service!
