The Bright CentreThe Bright Centre is a neurodiversity and mental health organisation supporting children, young people, adults, families and workplaces to better understand how every mind works — and build lives and environments where different brains can thrive. We provide neurodiversity-affirming coaching, ADHD assessments, post-diagnosis support, parent and family support, workplace consultancy and training, with Autism and combined Autism & ADHD (AuDHD) assessment pathways also being developed. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with us. Whether you’re exploring the possibility of neurodivergence, waiting for an assessment, newly diagnosed, navigating burnout or overwhelm, supporting a neurodivergent child, or simply trying to understand yourself better, we meet you where you are.Our approach is evidence-based, holistic and deeply individual. Through our B.R.I.G.H.T. Framework, we bring together body regulation, reframing, identity, growth, habits and environment, and transformation to create meaningful, sustainable change. Our aim is to bridge the gap between understanding your neurodivergence and knowing what to do with that understanding — bringing assessment, coaching and ongoing support together under one virtual roof.At The Bright Centre, we don’t believe in trying to “fix” different brains. We help people understand themselves, work with their brains rather than against them, and build the support, systems and environments they need to thrive.

The Bright Centre especially Tanya was really helpful, knowledgeable and extremely empathic to my needs and to those that I have referred to her. I would continue to refer people to The Bright Centre to experience it for themselves.

I would just like to say that working with Tanya and Dr Samuel was such a positive experience even though originally I wasn’t looking for myself . After my diagnosis I had about 10 coaching sessions with Tanya what were so valuable to me and helped me understand myself and my brain so much more . I wasn’t just left angry at the life I had lived over the last 69 years or angry that I had been so misunderstood or angry that no one had recognized I needed help all my life or angry I had been misdiagnosed with depression on and off for years . I didn’t want labeling or medication I just needed understanding and empathy as well as knowledge as to how to understand my brain and work with it best I can . All of this hasn’t changed me at all however I learnt who I am , that my brain works differently , that I can care without carrying everyone else’s problems, I learnt that to function properly, what drained my battery and what topped it up, I don’t have to believe all what my brain was a telling me all of the time I aren’t on my own with the problems I have faced over the years and I am so grateful for all the support I have had from Tanya and the Bright Center to help me thrive it’s never to late to learn new ways of managing and accepting yourself for who you are .

I spent 3 months working with Tanya having had a late diagnosis of ADHD early in 2026. Having spent a lot of time throughout my life in counselling trying to fix my "issues", I wasn't sure it would make any difference. I was wrong. Tanya made me realise there was nothing to fix, i just needed to understand how my brain works and how to work with it. Tanya is amazing at what she does and was so kind and genuinely engaged in making a big positive impact. I never thought it possible but she helped me understand and unravel issues that had challenged me all my life, through her deep understanding and hugely insightful work, we put in techniques to manage many of my neuro differences. My life has completely changed and I would 100% recommend The Bright Centre, they can genuinely make a life changing difference.

Tanya is lovely, she listens, doesn't judge and gives her professional advice and practical tips. It was her that picked up on my ADHD during one of my autism support sessions which I was very grateful of 😊. She also says if you ever need her to just message. Thank you Tanya, I always know I can come to you if I need to ❤️

I had my late autism diagnosis before I discovered Tanya and the Bright Centre, I had the label but so what next apart from confusion, tears, sadness, regret. However, since finding Tanya I have built a rapport without judgment as she has her own lived experiences and has helped many people of different ages and at different stages of their journey. She listens without judgment, provides you with a safe space to talk about your own experiences and each interaction you feel lighter, more celebrated, more calibrated, more understood, calmer, happier, leaning into the new you, the real you. I see Tanya as a friend as well as a tutor, a cheerleader, someone that will go the extra mile for you. I like that you can take advantage of the free sessions to see if it’s for you, for the free no obligation clarity calls that can lead to what she believe may work for you. That may involve coaching 1-1 or in a group setting, to speak or not, camera on/off to ensure you get the most of the session (and has offers and payment plans to suit all budgets). Interaction is encouraged but only if you feel comfortable and ready. Often Tanya will send you PowerPoints or the video post session. I recommend Tanya for her empathy, passion, willingness to listen to help, for clarity over what is you and what is your limited belief based on not what is you and what is your spectrum/label. If you are not diagnosed I would recommend you’re referred to Tanya for testing, no matter your age. If you have diagnosis but do not know your next step, follow Tanya on social media, listen to her podcast, watch her sessions and find out for yourself. She may put you on a happier, healthier route. I am so happy that I found Tanya and the Bright Centre and have already and will continue to recommend her to others. Thank you.
