The team in this company is very responsive and came up with marketing plan and some images very fast but some odd things happened. My book was already published on Amazon/Kindle and they wanted to republish it (which would have deleted all my existing reviews) and when they tried, with the account I'd given them in my author name, Kindle came back 2x saying they were deleting all my books and would not allow me to publish any more. This rattled me but my current/existing books did not get deleted, luckily. Apparently the KDP deletions/blocks were for the new account/book only. Scary though. Also they referred me to another site and Trustpilot page for Amazonbookmarketingpros.com which was supposedly their more correct site but it is an invalid server, a lot of confusion. They seem to be nice guys but I would ask questions. They refunded all my charges, $2500.00 very fast when I asked for it.

I published my first 2 books with them, 3 years later they still haven't uploaded the first book to Kindle, the audiobook I paid for is still not published, no-one is contacting me back for support. I can't make my money back because they haven't uploaded the versions that actually sell. Please look for alternative companies if you are looking to publish your book!

This company is a scam they were suppose to provide several Services and didn’t and then Daniel and John promised me a refund and an receipt to prove the refund and it’s been days and I have not got neither. A big big scam please don’t do business with them
