Everything that went wrong with this order was rectified but they need to improve the customer service situation because AI was a nightmare and there is no chance of getting a person to help except with email.

This company provides very unique and interesting beads and materials that I can't find elsewhere. I make jewelry as a hobby; and I love to shop here for handmade beads that range from glass, carved bone, and wood, just to mention a few. The prices are very reasonable, with fast delivery and well packaged. Awesome customer service, and they mostly always include a free gift!
