The product broke after a few months and they replaced it promptly with no hassle.

I got fast delivery and the warranty in case there was any issues. The toys are really wonderful. I also like the material used where it’s body safe and doesn’t cause any irritation or discomfort. Most of the toys are also waterproof too so I don’t have to worry about it malfunctioning.

Great toy, faulty after a while and simple exchange

Good quality in their product and materials (materials being of the utmost importance). They even honored my 1 year warranty when it was slightly past due, very easy and seamless process. Very helpful.

Exceeded my expectations. The product is high quality, easy to use, and arrived quickly in discreet packaging. Would definitely recommend.
