extraordinary customer service, received phone call after placing order to explain all of the steps of delivery and when it will come etc.. Super nice woman! So reassuring that we made the right choice with company and hot tub. Just great overall - no delays in shipping, you name it

Fantastic experience from beginning to end!!!…
I was apprehensive making such a large purchase online. However, after a ton of research, I felt comfortable dealing with Aqualife. When I was fist looking and had questions regarding the service, I was excited to get a live person on the phone that was extremely knowledgeable. I shortly after initiated the order and was equally impressed with the email communication I received regarding the status of the order and what to do to prep for delivery. The hot tub arrived sooner than anticipated and was up and running within a couple days of ordering. I am very satisfied with the quality and value of it and would highly recommend doing business with Aqualife!!!

Great customer care provided
Great customer care provided. Our initial hot tub was lost due to freight carrier issues. I was quickly helped and received my spa shortly thereafter.
