Should be 0 Stars, FUCLKING piece of CUUNT website. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO REFUND (even when it is written 100% refund). NOTHING WORKS ON THE SITE, DON'T EVEN THINK OF EVER USING IT. A PIECE OF CUUNT IS RUNNING THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAM, DON'T EVER LINK YOUR CARD, THEY WILL JUST CUT YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH WITH NO REPLIES.

I spent 85$ on a blue squire account. Not only is the price pretty expensive but the customer support is fake. They are all name xevier. The customer support wasted all my time until my warranty ran out so I can’t even get a replacement or refund. All the other options just tell you to make a ticket
Response from TheAlteningMay 7, 2024
Hi, Your warranty is paused while the ticket is open. There is nobody wasting your time. Additionally, there is just one person named Xevier working at TheAltening. Feel free to get in touch with us on our live chat or email at [email protected] Best regards, TheAltening Team
