I had ordered 5 premium alts and not only a week after of registering them to the server i play on, the link to the alts says "page expired" attempted to contact staff to fix it and they took a week to reply. Still no fix and havent been able to use the 5 alts i paid for in over a week. I was scammed, there was no say that it was only for a limited amount of time. It said permanent premium alt. Staff asked for a order number when i never got an order number in the email, only a link to the page of the details of my alts, which expired. I dont want new alts i want the same alts i was using and paid for that had the data of them saved to servers i was playing on with progress. Reply back to the altening: as stated I did not get a order number with my purchase on the confirmation email nor the email with my link. I was not sent a order number. Which has been the issue this whole time and why staff closed my ticket without helping me last time. Also, no I was not instructed to save my information off the site, in both emails I got, none of those say I need to save my Alts information on the side. I’ve reviewed and checked them both.

My order of 7 unabnned sfa alts went by without any problems. However, I ordered a email full access account planning to use it on hypixel but the account was banned for 1 year for unfair advantage. I just got a USA alt and I'm very satisfied with it. It works perfectly. Edit: These alts are incredibly overpriced and overall a rip off. Don't buy from here unless you want a USA alt from a trustworthy company. Even then, the alts being sold here are being bought from someone else for cheaper and being resold for insane profit. The USA alts are bought for almost $8 per and being resold for almost $20! The only positive thing about this shop is the warranty which only cuts out a small risk as most sellers replace dead accounts anyway. As for everything else, find another shop. I would highly recommend buying from a trustworthy shop on mctrades.org. However, if you don't wanna risk getting scammed, just look elsewhere for alts. This shop was a good deal for NFA unbanned alts before they doubled the price. Edit 2: Regarding the reply, I created a ticket on the website right after I figured out my Email Full Access account was banned for 1 year for cheating/unfair advantage (it got banned around a week before I received) and I got a reply almost instantly saying the warranty doesn't cover banned accounts on the account type I purchased. Just stay away from this alt shop. Final Edit: The Altening flagged this review as fake, and since my order pages expired when they flagged it, I had to wait 4 days of going back and forth with support asking for my order pages to get restored and if I can get a replacement for my banned alt. When I brought up the reply on my review and asked for a replacement, they dodged my question entirely and only restored the order page. Only when I didn't mention my review in another ticket, Xevier said that they don't ban check for this type of account and that I can't get a replacement. tldr: don't buy from this alt shop, it's a scam and overpriced. Buy from trusted sellers on mctrades (cheap but risk of scams) or look elsewhere. If you want unbanned NFA's and plan to use them a lot, the unbanned NFA's might be a good choice because of the 6 month unlimited replacement warranty. Other than that, avoid this shop Very Final Edit: Finally, they added unbanned and ranked MFA's. If these alts actually work then I'd go for them as they're only slightly more expensive than similar ones I've seen being sold for on mctrades. Also they decreased the NFA unbanned price back to normal, so buy if you need.

I bought the 1 day trial subscription for 50 cents. It worked fine for about an hour. Then it stopped working for the rest of the day so I wasn't even able to use it for the rest of the ~23 hours. So I tried requesting a cancellation and refund for my 1 day trial in their discord, which a mod/admin there said I was possibly able to. He asked for my username and email which I gave him. After that, there was no response and their discord closed down. The next day I was charged with a monthly plan for $15 since my 1 day trial was not cancelled as I had requested it to be. I rejoin their discord the next day to ask why my subscription wasn't cancelled and they told me their discord shut down. I asked if I can cancel and refund the monthly $15 subscription and they told me I cannot get a refund for the $15 while making rude remarks and did not care at all for me. Their customer service is poor quality and not professional at all. They are scummy and a scam. Do not buy from them. I will have to make a dispute with my bank against them. Update from reply: The service did not work so that's why I joined the discord. I asked why it wasn't working and the admin there told me you guys were having server issues. So I asked him if I could cancel and refund my 1 day subscription, then he asked me for my username and email which I gave him. I got no replies after that. Also I attended to this now because I live in a different timezone and just now woken up.

Half of my hypixel unbanned accounts went dead and I couldn't use them

Bought 125 NFA accounts had access to 123 of them the instant I bought them. I spent alot of time entering the passwords and emails to verify they were working. Two days later I cannot find one of the accounts that work. Same email same password for every one and it says the password has been changed. Never buying again as my previous purchases also have not been satisfactory. :Reply: Yes support is great and will get you new accounts but I am dissatisfied at the speed and the quantity of accounts I lost. Also many accounts I checked for mypixel ban status; some of the bans ended in mere hours. Returning to use the accounts near the time of being unbanned (a few hours after the purchase) all hypixel unbanned accounts specifically were lost.

I didn't know that you needed a VPN to play on hypixel and thought that all the altening accounts were banned on hypixel because it was such a popular server. Then someone asked for my altening username I gave it to them and they banned me for not changing my ip and no one told me I should have. I didn't join their discord and no one told me I should have joined their discord, the information should have been on the site. I payed $8 and without any warning they suspended my account and banned me from the service. I know now they have a warning when you open up altening but I shouldn't have been banned if it didn't say it on the site and it didn't say on discord "please join our discord we have rules you need to review". TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECCOMEND. Also the Altening tried to report this to try and get it off their review page but I provided evidence, this shows they are trying to hide that they do this to make money and your account may be suspended even when you paid money because of some new stupid rule you didn't know about. DONT RISK IT!!! DONT BUY THIS SERVICE!!

Hey, I recently bought 50 of the unbanned Hypixel accounts and when I tried to use them, some of them had invalid password and usernames and others got immediately banned. I am using a vpn called hotspot shield vpn and I am still being banned, almost every one of them have been banned. Please help as I thought that this was a trusted website. Edit- Refund info not eligible.

The Altening is a 100% working alt Website, but they will compromise your account data and sell them. Same happen to me. Xevier (the owner from the altening) is a guy out of turkey and by coincidence a guy which bought my account data for 2 dollar bought it on a turkish alt website. Ahh haa... xD And I installed no other mod or client an my computer ;) So please don't use this Service :) *doesn't matter if he is american or turkish, but he can speak turkish or why would he make an Account on tr-cam which is like YouTube only in turkish? ;) And fact is I only installed your software and I met a guy on Hypixel with my account who bought it for 2 Dollar on a turkish alt website ;) btw. and also your privacy police and argument of an unobfuscated program doesen't matter because the data written in "e-mail-adress" and "password" will send to your server and no one knows what you do with this when someone try to login there with his/her own account. Thats one way how you get your data ;)
