I purchased a crunchyroll premium account and it didn't work after an hour after using it. This has now happened 5 times in a row with different accounts not allowing me to log in.

it says unlimited warranty and I did not got a replacement when my vpn account has expired even it said "the warranty has an invalid login" in the description

Wrote a review about them mass DM advertising the Falcun discord via multiple bot accounts and then they removed my review along with every other negative review. The rating is manipulated so I wouldn't trust it.

One of the services they say they offer is giving replacements on replacements that go invalid. I had 30 alts and 10 of them went invalid. I asked for replacements, and a few months later, the other 20 went invalid, and I asked for replacements and xevier said "Looks like these were already replaced." I made another ticket and explained the situation, which shows that I should receive replacements, and he said the same thing and told me not to make another ticket. Update September 13th: they flagged my review as a non genuine experience and I had to go through the trouble of showing evidence to Trustpilot to get my review verified. I'm sure, just like the other victims of this scam, my review will be flagged again. It amazes me that they are able to get away with these actions and people still buy from here. Although xevier said to not make another ticket, I made another just to ask him about the replacements, yet he just said the same thing, "We already replaced these accounts. Do not open another ticket." I will update if I receive replacements or another compromise Reply to TheAltening: I sent the second batch of alts that should have been replaced like you guys asked. I'm not gonna show the accounts invalid cause it can easily be forged, I sent the second batch of alts in the ticket and was greeted by xevier, saying that the alts were already replaced after many tickets. It has now been much more than 6 months after my purchase so if you guys would like a good review and to not scam me, I would like my warranty extended and the ability to receive replacements consecutively Edit September 27: lol altening flagged my review again and says they "believe my review is for another business" another lousy attempt of trying to get my bad review taken down just because its true. I'm completely baffled on why people still buy from this overpriced scam of a website. The prices are so bad and you don't even get the replacements they say you do Edit (5 hours later): TheAltening flagged my review again for because they "think it wasn't meant for them." It's crazy that you're able to report reviews numerous times for various reasons even after I went through the trouble of showing evidence to Trustpilot that I did have a deal with TheAltening, and seems after they reported my review numerous times that the "verified" went away. They reported this one for essentially the same one as the last, interesting that Trustpilot allows that. Anyways this is, again, just another lousy attempt of getting my truthful and bad experience taken down. They can't own up to their mistakes and just pay me my money back or give me alts so they just resort to this. Embarrassing!

I bought a minecon cape account but after 2 days it got pulled back. I am only now getting around to this edit: ur warranty isnt fair, and idk how but someone else was in the account and thats why I changed the pw. I was playing hypixel when I got kicked for "login at a new location" then security banned. Because you say you dont sell to multiple people, idk if this was even u guys fault, but it happened. I changed the pw because i wanted the alt SOLD TO ME to be MINE so ur warranty isnt fair if ur gonna sell me an alt that someone else has access to and not expect me to change the password

Scam. It was said that if any of the alts I bought stopped working I could get a replacement but when I tried to get they didn't even respond just saying to read the rules and everything. I've read it and I should get my replacement. I bought 75 NFA alts and in 2 weeks I had less than 50. Now I cant even see the order page. Worst site ever.

When my minecraft alt I purchased didn't work they accused me of negligence even though I completed all their steps. Also its just stealing... If you buy an alt you need to log into someones active email and quickly delete emails and such to lock the actual owner out of their account. Simply dishonest. And all the positive reviews here are fake!
