Don't buy from here! No joke, they can't even help you view your previous orders!
I bought an account around like 6 months ago. Now, I forgot what the email was for it, but when I contacted Xavier (the owner of this whole site)... Well, here is the whole chat log:

Hey! I have some questions. I have previously bought (idk how many accounts) on this website, but for some reason when I click the link that would direct me to my transaction details, it just leads me to the home page.

Alright.

Unfortunately orders made earlier than may of this year were deleted, so that's probably what happened
You
Can it be somehow restored?
You
I really need the login details for 1 of the accounts :/
xevier
No, sorry.
The ticket has been closed by a staff member or a bot. If you have any other issues please open a new ticket.
Conclusion:
The owner can't even help out his own customers with single things like viewing the literal order! What a terrible site. Just buy from the microsoft store or any other alt shop.
Reply to the answer: Why not store it? Like any other website? Many people are having the same issue as well, they can't seem to find their accounts login details due to the deletes.. Maybe just don't delete them and function like any other normal site?

Mate, as i mentioned to you in your ticket, orders from earlier this year including yours were deleted from our server. How can i help you view something that is deleted?
It's unfortunate but our website is not your storage platform, 6 months is more than enough time to change and save your account details and we are not apologizing for it.

All accounts didn't work
Bought a "Hypixel Ultra Secure Access (MICROSOFT ACCOUNT)" first account didn't have minecraft on it. Asked for a replacement, all the accounts that were gave to me after that, had me to require some windows pin to enter, and I tried everything to try login but it wouldn't work. I also gave the account details to my friend to try it, and it also didn't work on his end so it wasn't a problem with my pc. The guy refused to give a refund and ended the ticket even though I sent screenshots of it not working everytime. Don't ever buy from this site its a scam.

Scammed Out of My Warranty
The website in itself is extremely misleading. Upon purchasing various alt accounts you can check a box that says "Unlimited warranty". Turns out this is absolutely not the case and if you sift through the rest of their website you'll eventually find out that it's actually only 6 months of warranty. Cause hey why would you clarify what unlimited warranty means under the unlimited warranty check.
I purchased about 100 alts through the website having seen that it had some good reviews and cheap prices. I saw that to buy through paypal I had to contact a trusted middleman that the website used for any purchases that went through paypal so I did. Everything went well, all was good at first. However, after about a day or 2 roughly 75% of the accounts had stopped working. I figured that's fine 25 different accounts is still plenty. However, eventually, those stopped working as well so I contacted their support to get a replacement.
Upon contacting support through their ticket feature on their website I explained my issue and was promptly asked for the order ID I was emailed. However, due to the fact that I purchased through paypal I had not received an email with an order ID. I informed the staff of this and they basically told me thats too bad, ill have to figure it out myself with the discord middleman. I tried for multiple weeks to get ahold of the discord middleman but was unable to as they did not respond to my friend requests on discord. At this time they were also no longer the middleman that the website used as the website had switched to a different middleman. I figured there was no way I could make a change anyway and moved on.
However, recently I was once again in need of new accounts and figured I could contact support again and see if someone else who was more helpful would reply to my ticket. Around this time I also discovered that the reason I was not in possession of an order ID was due to the fact that the TXT file I was sent by the PayPal middleman had been named with the order ID, however, for organizational purposes I had renamed the file for myself to reflect what was contained in the file. After backtracking the order ID I was able to provide it to the support chat.
(Keep in mind the support staff at no point informed me that this had been where I would have received an order ID and merely told me to go figure it out myself with a discord user that they no longer even assosciated with).
So now I was able to provide an order ID, but I was promptly informed that I would not be eligible for the warranty and basically told they're incredibly sorry but won't be of any further help to me.
I wondered why so I checked and it turns out that I had made my purchase on the 10th of February and it was now the 12th of August. Meaning I had reached the 6th month limit of their "unlimited warranty" and surpassed it by 2 days.
So to sum it up, their own support refused to adequately assist me in replacing the accounts, I was only able to find the order ID after doing some digging of my own without any assistance from support. I was promptly denied warranty because I missed the date by 2 days.
Response:
Firstly im sure you are well aware that customers will mistake the warranty to not be finite and using that as one of the ways you are selling your accounts. but who knows. Secondly, unlimited BY DEFINITION means "not limited or restricted in terms of number, quantity, or extent."
So if you are wondering why I "Confused" these "two completely different concepts" its because you are clearly unaware of the literal definition of the words you are using so do not try to belittle or patronize me for something you wrote yourself and also proceeded to misdefine.
Third of all, as I already explained my order ID is not visible on the page with my alts. I was literally sent a TXT file on discord after my transaction. My transaction did not run through your website but through the paypal middleman that you personally wrote was your trusted middleman. If you are not able to contact your OWN colleagues and the people that you work with that is a fault on your part not on mine. You cannot expect customers to be the ones chasing after YOUR business's workers.
Fourth of all, the reason I worded my dating like that is because I tested all the accounts shortly after I got them because I wanted to know the usernames of every account I had. In doing so I marked every single account that worked with a W and all the non working accounts with NA. Having gone through the entire list of logins I had about 15 accounts that still worked THAT'S IT. As I said at the time I figured 15 alts was fine, however, after realizing yesterday that out of 100 alts only 2 were left working I figured I would get a replacement. I am not sure what world you live in but im pretty sure a ratio of 2 working accounts to 98 broken ones is not necessarily very good.

Hi,
Firstly:
Unlimited warranty is **NOT** a lifetime warranty, the warranty serves for unlimited replacements in our warranty period, which for most items (not all) is 6 months. I'm not sure why you confused these things, they are two completely different concepts.
Second,
Your Order ID is visible on the page with your alts. It is quite literally among the first things you notice on the page, even more so than the alts themselves. It's right inbetween the order date and your email address. We are unable to help you if you are not able to provide an Order ID, as we have no way to open an investigation otherwise.
Finally,
I'm not sure why you worded your dating like that, 75% of your accounts were invalid as of today, not 1-2 days after your order. Your 6 month old order still had around 10 out of 25 accounts still valid, which is a pretty good ratio all things considered.
If you have any more questions, you can contact us via email at [email protected] or via ticket onsite.

Bought Ultra Secure Access accounts, ended up being unable to use them
I was recommended to TheAltening by a friend who purchased alts here. Heeding his recommendation, I looked at the Hypixel Ultra Secure Access (USA) accounts, which according to TheAltening's website, is "Permanent Full Access accounts that come with the transaction ID. You can buy ranks for this account and use it as your Main. There is ZERO possibilty for this to be taken back, it is functionally identical to a Minecraft.net account, only 30%+ cheaper."
So I decided to purchase 2 Hypixel USA accounts. First roadblock I encountered was TheAltening wanting me to email them for "Security reasons". So I emailed TheAltening about it and they released my accounts. Minor inconvenience, but I was okay with it.
I then proceeded to migrate the accounts, but when I did, a Microsoft prompt told me that I would have to verify my phone number to get my account back as the account had broken Microsoft's Service Agreement. I wrote a ticket to TheAltening asking what this is all about and they told me "just enter your phone number, it's a security measure". So I proceeded with migrating
Few days later, when I wanted to play on the accounts, Minecraft Launcher said "You can only play the demo version of Minecraft. Purchase Minecraft for the full version" I was surprised as my account had been taken back, despite TheAltening's page stating that they could not be taken back. So I created a ticket on TheAltening's site reporting the issue and they offered me replacement accounts. I was thinking "okay, maybe these accounts do have a possible chance of being taken back" so for these accounts I took some precautions such as leaving the default username and skin on the account so that the usernames won't get locked should they be taken back.
Another few days later, those accounts got taken back again. I was starting to suspect that the claims that these accounts are functionally similar to Minecraft.net accounts and that they can't be taken back are false. So I reported that the accounts were taken back, and TheAltening gave more replacements. However, when I tried to migrate these replacements, Microsoft said "Unfortunately, we can't send a code to that phone number. Please try a different one." So now, I can't use my phone number to get any more accounts, and when I contact TheAltening about this, they initially didn't respond to my issue. It was only after I asked again twice over the next week and my ticket got closed. I opened another ticket bringing up the issue, to which support replied "Hmm.. weird, Did you previously try to enter it many times or something?" after which the ticket was closed again, so I opened up another ticket to respond that I had used my number 5 times to get the accounts. He asked me how many accounts I needed now, to which I brought up the issue regarding my phone number again. My ticket was then marked as "awaiting replacements", then I said again that I can't use the accounts anymore. Support replied with "Unfortunately we won't be able to help you in that case, It's a requirement for all minecraft accounts now". So now, I am left with zero Minecraft.net accounts, my phone number being unable to be used for future accounts and I am not gonna risk having another account being taken back. I did not get what was promised: Minecraft accounts that can't be taken back, and I want a refund. Not to mention that support has not addressed my refund request.
Update 10 August: Support is still not responsive to my tickets. My review has been flagged by TheAltening for "not being a genuine experience" and I had to go through the trouble of submitting documentation to prove my review is legitimate. The fact that you guys tried to take down my review even after I have submitted a form proving my identity and order ID and aren't responding to my ticket speaks volumes about this company. Do not purchase from this scam. I will leave this review at one star until this dispute gets resolved reasonably.
Update 11 August: My review was once flagged again for "harmful or illegal content" which TrustPilot has deemed the flag as invalid. Thank you, TrustPilot team! Support has replied today, calling my ticket "an issue this minor and [since they are] not relevant to the accounts we are not refunding". I corrected support, stating that it is not a minor issue if I am not able to use the accounts, to which support rudely replied with "None of these accounts ever got taken back, they stopped working."
Update 26 September: this review got flagged again for "wrong domain". I've given you many chances to get my order right, yet you try to silence me without responding to my refund request. Don't expect this review to be gone anytime soon.

Bought a $19 account & got nothing.
Bought a $19 account & got a Russian email address & no Minecraft login.
I bought a email full access account & when i was given the login it never worked on minecraft.net or the Minecraft launcher. I followed the instructions given to a tee but Xevier blamed the problem on me & not his account that COULD NEVER LOGIN INTO MINECRAFT.NET. He tried to say it was because of me trying to login to minecraft.net. Sorry but when i get no response from support for a day & the responses i do get are not helpful whatsoever and are vague then i assume i have to figure it out for myself. If Xevier would've been willing to give me a new account after the 3+ gifs, 3+ pictures, and video that i sent him of his account clearly not working at all (didnt even work with a Russian VPN or my phone) then he would've got a good review. Expect to see this situation on YouTube.
Already in the process of charging back the money. Xevier and whoever else runs this are just out to make money, they're not here to provide you with quality accounts.
EDIT: Again like i said to you multiple times i followed your instructions to a tee. I was never able to get into the account following your instructions. I changed the password twice and could never login. Sad to see you fall back on your same excuse when you still cant explain why i could never login into the account on minecraft.net? I told you i couldnt and was left for nearly a day with no support. I followed the instructions twice & after that failed I tried troubleshooting on my own because the support given sucked & blamed me when i followed every instruction given. Going to be very funny when i get my money back & you guys get bad rep because i have all the reciepts of the support being trash and not helping & videos of the account not working immediately after purchase lol.
Edit #2 : Thealtening / xevier is using trust pilots systems to get bad reviews taken down. I got a email 2 days ago saying if i didnt provide proof of purchase i would get my review taken down. Just provided them proof of purchase and proof of scam.
Xevier im assuming you waited to do this to see if id follow through with my threats of posting all this online. I withheld to see what would come of this. Thanks for the free content bro my charge back should hit in a few days. Hope your little scam operation plummets. (Next day - Hey xevier just got the email my review is now verified. I hope you trying to silence me was worth it cus now I can show exactly how you silence bad reviews with proof. All this would've blown over last week had you actually provided me with a working account.)

The very first lines of the instructions we sent to you:
"Prenote: We have extremely specific procedures to ensure the safety of your purchase, please follow them literally and do not skip steps, the first thing you will be doing is logging into the email inbox, NOT mojang (the login will not work YET).
1. Go to the email inbox site (NOT MOJANG/MINECRAFT)"
Sad that you are unable to follow even basic instructions like this.
