Con artists offering payment service where none exists
Thought I was dealing with official Turkish Airline agency but NO, they are an independent bunch who short circuit your enquiry to get your business and basically convince you to pay extra charges that turn out to be what should be free of charge DEAL DIRECT WITH TURKISH AIRLINES or you will be out of pocket for no reason.

Dear Reviewer, I would like to clarify an important matter regarding the reviews being posted on this profile. Alexa Travel LLC, based in Naples, Florida, USA, officially ceased operations in December 2019. Our business was solely focused on air ticketing services from the USA to India, and we never operated in or catered to customers in Europe. I am surprised to see recent reviews, many of which appear to be from individuals in Europe. I believe there may be confusion due to a similarity in company names. Please double-check the company’s name and address before leaving a review, as it’s likely these complaints are related to a different business entirely. If you believe our company was involved in any issue, I kindly request you to provide specific proof or documentation here on this platform. Otherwise, I respectfully ask that you refrain from posting inaccurate or unrelated reviews on our profile. Thank you for your understanding.

SCAMMERS!!SCAMMERS!!SCAMMERS!!
Pls don’t give out any personal information to them. To change the flight date I called the actual number on Turkish airlines website but somehow got put through to this “company”. Email not from Turkish airlines; the e-tickets dates are gibberish; payment process& link sketchy. I called the local airlines office back home after half a day, turned out no change made regarding my tickets at all. Cancelled my card right away. They’ve obviously been trained to scam ppl as I called them twice, both speak the same incorrect English such as “D for papa”. I feel very frustrated I’m not and won’t be the only person who’s gotta go through this crap. For ppl seeing this later, best wishes.

Rip Off merchants!
Spent all day looking for flights to required destination on a tight budget and with limited time to book it! Thought I had come across alexatravel as in Google's Alexa service. Did not know they did flights? But as it's a legit brand thought I'd give them ago. Right?? Went through all the palaver for about the hundredth time of filling in the destination, outbound, inbound travel dates no of passengers etc etc.... Found flights at a really good price. Went to live chat to book them only to be told that promotional prices were no longer available as all sold out! Go back to site to see if I can book alternative dates only to find the same "Promotional" prices pop up again and are still showing availability for the same dates as was told were sold out! Why are they still showing up if they are not available? Googled them to see if legit. THEY ARE NOT. Scammers! Nothing to do with Alexa.Wasted time & effort when i could have been researching a legit site!

Indian call centre scam - AVOID
Indian call centre scam. Charged me £100 from my card then sent me a dodgy link via email to complete a second payment. Avoid like the plague. I stupidly gave my long card number out and the CCV and these c*nts charged my card fraudulently saying they’re amending my flight details. Upon seeing this page I hung up and had persistent call backs from various numbers and I immediately got my bank to send me a new card. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS

Worst travel agent ever
Worst travel agent ever. Harry made several mistakes that he refused to fix regarding my sister's travel plans to South Africa. Not even worth one star, yet Harry cheekily asked for five. Harry deserves the sack and his company should be black listed. Eventually a kind lady at Turkish Airlines fixed the mistake. Harry wanted my sister to pay an extra 300 pounds.

Scammers
When I googled the number for Brussels airline this number came up (they had obviously paid to be the top search response) and on the call they posed as brussles and affirmed me they were part of the sales team. I called Brussels after dealing with these scammers and they confirmed they are no affiliation to them, so I cancelled my card immediately and luckily I wasn’t charged and Brussels resolved my problem for no cost.

Scam! Please don't use!
This is a scam, don't use this company! Matthew dealt with our call, pretending to be part of Qatar Airways. He took advantage of Qatar having issues with their booking system and tried to charge us £1,700 for new flights, all while being extremely patronising. He then tried to lead us to believe we had no tickets unless we paid and to call back at 2am while he "spoke to his manager". 4 hours before our flight the next day, he called to admit our original tickets were still in place, causing us much unneeded stress. Please don't use this company!!!
