Grosse impression d'arnaque! Promesse de livraison 24h, hors commande faites il y a 6 jours, aucun mouvement sur la commande, aucune réponse au message, très très déçue et en colère, je modifierais peut être ma note mais face à des sites qui ne prennent même pas le temps de répondre, c'est pas gagné !

Le service client est pitoyable ça fait un mois et demi que je suis en discussion avec eux pour une commande non reçue, ils sont incapables de me rembourser tous les jours, on me pose toujours la même question. Donnez-moi votre numéro de commande nous sommes désolé pitoyable, je n’ai jamais vu un service client comme ça je vous invite à ne rien commander sur ce site. voici le numéro de commande que je n’ai toujours pas reçu depuis début mars. Grosse arnaque. J'ai acheté ce produit, je l'ai utilisé comme expliqué sur le site. Alors ce n'est vraiment pas bon, j'ai cru que j'allais vomir mais peu importe si ça fonctionne. Or, je l'ai utilisé 10 heures après mon dernier joint et résultat positif. Donc je contacte le site pour me faire rembourser car il est bien précisé: "satisfait ou remboursé". On me répond que parfois ça ne marche pas selon la quantité de joints fumés. Donc pour les fumeurs occasionnels ça fonctionne car de toute façon avec les nouveaux tests, 12 heures après ça sort négatif mais pour un gros fumeur les traces peuvent rester jusqu'à 8 jours dans la salive. Je pense que faire des bains de bouches avec du jus de citron fonctionne beaucoup mieux, est moins cher et c'est bien meilleur que leur produit dégeulasse

Ordinato il 15 dicembre e mai arrivato ,nonostante le numerose mail, loro dicono sempre che controllano e poi mi faranno sapere ma non è vero nulla ......prendono solo tempo, ora a due mesi dall ordine ho scritto una altra mail per avere un rimborso ma la vedo dura mi hanno già risposto alla precedente mail che la loro politica non emette rimborsi.....anche se sono solo 36 euro non mi arrendo continuerò a scrivergli e a lasciare recensione negative.

Stay away from this website. They sell you products with satisfaction guarantee or money back policy, but it's a fraud. I received the product (with delays), i used, i was not satisfied cause it did not work and when i contacted them for asking a refund or for using their satisfaction guarantee, the answer me that they do not have such policy (it's the first thing you read when you enter in the website). Despite my several e-mail and refund request, they just stopped replying. Avoid this site cause it's a FRAUD!!! Update from 30/10/2025 Following the comment by the company, here after my reply: I have already requested a full refund, and the company has said me NO even if their policy described in the site was telling a complete 100% full refund in case of not being satisfied and they provided me no explanation at all about that. Considering the below comment, i have requested again by e-mail the refund. I will update again my comment only if this time the response will be positive, otherwise i will confirm what commented previously. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! 09/12/2025 2 months during which i have been sending them e-mail almost daily and in which they pretend to initialize the process, but in the end it was just a complete fake process. i realized only in the end that i was exchanging e-mail with a BOT! not human. They asked me 4 times my e-mail with which i did the buy,5 times they granted me the finalization of the refund process, and all the time it ended with a NOTHING. The worst SCAM and FAKE company i have ever seen in my life. There has been no review more trustworthy and reliable than this. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, if you do not wanna free away your money of course ;)

continuano a mandar mail dicendo che controlleranno...son passati due mesi, soldi spariti, prodotto mai arrivato. in chat alla prima domanda smettono di rispondere. TRUFFA, NON COMPRATE NIENTE

Scam come dicono gli altri feedback non spediscono e l'assistenza ti prende in giro dicendo che devi aspettare, che verificano ma in 40giorni ma ricevuto track non aggiornato niente rimborso, SCAM
