With the end of It’s Deductible, I needed to find another way to keep track of deductions. That’s A Write-off works perfectly, as long as I remember to enter everything. It made tax filing easy and accurate

I thought this was a really helpful tool. I donate a lot of stuff to Goodwill every year, mostly clothing, but also some household items. I needed a trustworthy way to estimate the value of the items. I used to use something called Its Deductible, which isn't available anymore. This was a great alternative and gave me some peace of mind about my deductibles. Thank you!

Thank you, Kristen! Peace of mind around donation values is exactly what we're here for — knowing your records are organized and the estimates are grounded makes a real difference at tax time. Really glad TAWO filled that gap for you! — Jacob, That's A Write-Off

I found this program after I realized It’s Deductible was discontinued. This is a much better program! Very easy to use and navigate. I had zero issues with the download and absolutely plan on using it for the 2026 tax year. I’m sure there are other programs that allow you to document donations, but I highly doubt there are any products better than this. Very comfortable recommending it!

I previously used It's Deductible but that is not longer available - I live having help calculating my clothing donations!
Response from That's A Write-off (TAWO)Apr 7, 2026
Thank you, William! Clothing donations are one of the trickiest things to value, so having the catalog there to do the heavy lifting is exactly the point. Glad you found us! — Jacob, That's A Write-Off

This a great app. I was a former It's Deductible customer before TurboTax closed down the product. I wasn't sure what I was going to use since I make a lot of donations through Goodwill. I was lucky to come across this app on Reddit. It worked perfectly and helped me calculate the combined value for all my donations for my tax advisor. I'm a happy customer and will be using it again next year.

Thank you for sharing this — and glad Reddit came through! Goodwill runs are exactly what TAWO is built for, and having everything totaled up and ready for your tax advisor is the whole point. Happy to have you as a customer, and we'll see you next year! — Jacob, That's A Write-Off
