UPDATE 10/17/23: Ted still has not gotten back to us. We tried to figure out what his issue is but he never got back to us. We cannot help a customer if they will not work with us. UPDATE 7/10/23: We tried assisting Ted but he stopped replying to his ticket. UPDATE 6/10/23: We've made 6+ attempts (emails and updates on here) to get in touch with Ted but he is blowing us off. We've tried to help him but he is non-responsive. UPDATE 6/9/23: We've sent Ted multiple emails trying to assist him but he has not replied at all thus far. UPDATE 6/7/23: We've reached out multiple times to Ted to try and assist him but we have not received anything back from him as of right now. Please get back to us on your ticket Ted. The ticket number is 24080. Hi there Ted. Sorry to hear that you're having issues. We do have technical support available if you need help. The firmware does work with the CR-10S5 as long as things are connected correctly and the firmware is configured correctly. I see that you opted out of technical support when you purchased the firmware but we do have paid support available separately. Please contact us to setup a paid support call and we'll be able to get you up and running as well as help you understand what steps were done wrong so you can get everything working. The order in question was denied a return because the customer damaged the items, sent them back in an unsatisfactory condition (attached to their printed parts), and did not include all the parts when they were returned. Those of you reading this can see the state this customer returned the products to us in at the link here: https://imgur.com/a/f7bzcso Per our Terms of Service, we do not accept returns that are not in like-new condition and/or are incomplete. We shipped back all the items that you sent us at our own expense. Our support team explained what the issue was and how to correct it so you could try again to use the items once they were sent back. Sorry that you were offended (we even stated in the email that it was not meant to be offensive) by advising you that you should not be performing these types of upgrades if you lack the skillset to do so. As for the blocking of the site, you also then opened a chargeback over the items you damaged and failed to return in their entirety. This done to prevent problematic customers from re-ordering from us again in the future.
