Hey Dea Young Kim, Apologies for the inconvenience, but this error is unrelated to our service. It typically occurs when the region on your Exodus account does not match the region of your key. To resolve this, please ensure that your account region matches the key's region. Once updated, you should be able to redeem it without any issues. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us on our Discord server at https://tgmodz.com/discord or email us at [email protected]. Best regards, TGModz Team

I was charged twice for x1 item, support is bad 👎
Response from TGModzAug 3, 2024
Our investigation confirms that you were charged for two items, not one. We understand your concern, but the records indicate two authorized purchases. As discussed with our support team, our payment system uses 3D Secure authorization, requiring explicit approval for each transaction. Please refrain from making false claims.

Response from TGModzJul 21, 2024
Thanks for reaching out! We apologize that you didn't receive your order confirmation and the payment appears to have gone through on your end. Our records show that the payment wasn't successful. In some cases, banks may place temporary holds or delays on transactions. The funds should be returned to your account soon. If you'd like to confirm, we recommend contacting your bank directly. They can provide you with the most up-to-date information on the transaction. Regards, Management TGModz
