Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. In some cases, a payment may appear as deducted on your bank side even though the transaction actually fails on the payment processor. When this happens, no order is created on our system and the amount is automatically reversed or returned to the original payment method by the bank or payment provider — this usually happens within a short processing period depending on the bank. If you believe the payment was successful but you did not receive your key, please contact our support team on discord server with your payment email or transaction details so we can check this for you and assist further. We’re always happy to help and ensure everything is resolved correctly. — TGModz Support Team

Hi Alex, I understand your frustration, so I want to be clear. The menu was sold as undetected at the time of purchase based on the developer’s status. That said, detections and bans are always a risk with FiveM, especially on servers running custom or aggressive anti-cheats. Even features like noclip can trigger bans depending on the server. We’re resellers, not the developers, so while we handle the payment and delivery, we don’t control detection status or server behavior. This is why the product page and refund policy clearly state use at your own risk and that refunds aren’t provided for detections or bans. Lifetime access refers to the license duration, not permanent undetectability. Because of this, we’re not able to issue a refund. Please also note that opening a chargeback will result in service access being revoked and permanent blacklisting. Regards, TGModz Support

Hey Arthur Morgan, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Please note that all TGModz products are completely safe and thoroughly verified before release. The detection you encountered is a false positive, which can occasionally occur due to the nature of game modification tools that interact with game memory or inject code to function properly. Rest assured, our software contains no malicious code and is used by thousands of satisfied customers without issue. We always prioritize safety, transparency, and user trust. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we appreciate your understanding. CEO – TGModz
