Refund of closed account not get answers
The games where good didn’t have a problem but decided to close my account it was closed a lot quicker than expect where I still had a balance of over £200, they have asked for a wallet for a refund but I’ve been asking for days on end how long it will be and I keep getting the answer off we can’t put a timescale. Hoping to get my refund soon as they are very quick to take youre money.

Review’s are fake and they don’t pay
The casinos review’s are fake. The payouts are trash. It doesn’t matter how nice or good the games look, the bonus’s are trash 50% back on a buy bonus if your lucky, organic bonus hit with out purchasing are around 20-25%. I have played everywhere scorpion, 88’s, TG, everywhere, this casino does not pay for being a top rated casino. I have played at all different times day or night good market or bad it doesn’t matter, I’m better off playing the lottery 10Mill to 1 odds better chance of winning or a casino, at least the experience and vibe would be worth the money I spend, if you want to win, I do not recommend this TG casino.

Dead slow withdrawals
Dead slow withdrawals. First few took about 24 hours and then it was all over the place. Last one took way too long.

Hi, thank you for your review, unfortunately without more details it makes it impossible to investigate further. However first withdrawals can take UP TO 24 hours although the majority are around 3 hours and further withdrawals are normally instant.
