Purchased Interplay: The Process of Interpersonal Communication (15th Edition) – eBook and did not receive the link to download the book. It turns out they had an issue with their payment processing and fixed the issue the next morning. They even offered to give me a free book as well as a 10% off coupon.

First time I've ever used. They had sale on the e-book version of a book that would otherwise have cost me about 200 USD instead I payed ~13. I immediately got a mail with 3 different links, the second worked for me. Easy to download. Only downside was that they didn't offer payment via PayPal but that's just nitpicking on my part. Overall a great resource for students.

I purchased a book from their website with instructions to await a follow-up email with a download link. While my payment went through, the promised textbook did not. Annoyed, I contacted them, and within a day, they replied to my email, delivering the purchased text. Good customer service, thank you.
