I wanted to do a cash out refinance on my condo and contacted texaslending.com. Something that should have taken approximately 30 days took 4 months to complete. One of the loan processors assigned to my file ignored my emails and calls for three weeks, a member of management first told me they had promoted all the good staff to management positions, so no one knew what they were doing, papers required by law were missing from my file, and found only hours prior to closing the loan, further delaying the process, and then finally one of the accounts they were supposed to pay off, the processor neglected to include on the final closing documents, so it wasn't paid. When I complained again to management, he was rude, unprofessional and yelled at me and more or less told me "too bad". I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
