Product was as expected Shipment was well packed Price was excellent Delivery was prompt But best thing is that when customer service saw a potential problem they called to clarify and verify the order. The caller was extraordinarily patient in pointing out that I had misinterpreted their listing and making appropriate recommendations. All of this effort on their part because my order was not in harmony with prior purchase
