I called to request an upgrade to the Cardio check Plus but was advised that it was really only intended for professionals and that my Cardio check PA was perfectly adequate for my needs. Honesty is the best policy

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong amount of A1C kit. I was given the invoice to return the product. I returned the product and now waiting for my refund minus postage and 20% restocking fee. I agree with the restocking fee but not the postage, this was supposed to be free and free means free. The man I spoke to was courteous and nice on the phone and patient with me. I did save money when I ordered the correct product, which I ordered today. I will recommend this company to my friends and relatives. I would like to be informed when a sale of the AIC product for home use is on sale.
