Hello Beth. I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because the boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less than the Retail Order version. We will be emailing you as well to make sure we answer all your questions and concerns. Thank you!

Hi Jewel. I reviewed your order and the reason you were paid less than expected is because the boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. We do pay less for these. We will be emailing you as well to make sure you receive our message.

Hi Jacquelyn! I reviewed your order and your boxes were short dated. For that reason you were paid 50% less for each box. Our policy states boxes must be dated 7/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 4/2022-6/2022 to receive a discounted payout. We will be emailing you as well to make sure you receive this message. Thank you!

Hi Teresa. Our expiration date changes every month just like all companies. All we do is push it forward by one month each month. For example, this month boxes must be dated 6/2022 and LATER, and next month it will change to 7/2022 and LATER. Test Strips must stay in an expiration date range in order to be considered valid. Expired testing strips are not safe to use due to the inaccurate reading they may provide. If you ever have any questions concerning our policy, please email us at [email protected]. We are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you again for your support!
