We received AccuChek Guide 50 count testing strips, which are listed on our website for $8 per box. Hi Linda. I reviewed your order and I was able to retrieve camera footage of when your kit was checked in to confirm any damage. It was confirmed the one box was peeled/damaged. We have emailed you the photo of your box for your reference. We also circled which box was damaged. In order to receive the full payout boxes must be in perfect condition.
