Hi Robert - We understand your frustration. The diabetic supply market is always volatile, which always makes it difficult to maintain consistent rates on many testing supplies. It doesn't help that the supply chain issues have created shortages in almost every industry. As of now, there is currently a surplus of diabetic supplies on the market. And because of this, we have an overstock of inventory which has caused rates to drop. This issue is occurring across the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. We have tried to make this drop as little as possible and we do not think it will be for long. We appreciate your understanding. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Justin. I reviewed your order and the boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less on the retail market and they do look slightly different than the ones listed on our website. Not only were they mail order boxes, but they were also short dated/expired. Our policy, which can be found on our website and on the mail in forms you received inside your kit, states boxes must be dated 11/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout. Hi Greg. I reviewed your account and I see you spoke to one of our team members regarding your unsealed boxes. That was the reason you were paid 50% less for your two boxes.
