I've been dealing with test strip buyers for some time now but lately they're getting slow they're lying to me telling me I'm wrong about when my packages were delivered but yet I have shipping info and I call and leave messages and nobody calls back and when I email them I get the exact same email back every time they email me trying to blame somebody else for the money issue. Payments used to be fast but here it is 9 days later and I'm still waiting on my money and I chose direct deposit, its ridiculous and I'm sure soon they'll be shut down like everybody in the business.

No response to text messages. No answer when I call, live chat always unavailable At first they were fast and attentive and now the timeline from receiving the package to payout gets longer and longer. This is my 3rd time and I'm invisible. It increases my anxiety thinking oh what if I got scammed this time what if my package never gets noticed and it will stress me out until I talk to someone 😭 so my opinion first and second time is great 3rd not expect the same customer service.

They will find a way to say the product is damaged in some way and not pay you and then keep the product and still sell it and make a profit. They won't likely do it the first time but they'll get you in time. That's the scam! Beware you can and will lose your items, just a matter of time. Then they'll tell you to leave labels on the products with your personal information on them saying only they can remove them. That's also a way to steal your personal information. Please be careful!!!!!

Sorry company sent my check late! Said an item was damaged and it was not damaged when I sent to them, so they paid only 50% for the item! They get a steal on the products anyway! I took pics before I send items and I complained about the pay and no response! Bad company that rips you off!
