Hi Kirk. The diabetic supply market is always volatile, which always makes it difficult to maintain consistent rates on many testing supplies. It doesn't help that the supply chain issues have created shortages in almost every industry. As of now, there is currently a surplus of diabetic supplies on the market. And because of this, we have an overstock of inventory which has caused rates to drop. This issue is occurring across the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. It seems that there is always something wrong with one of the boxes. They are in perfect shape when I send them out.

Hi Cindy. I reviewed your order and your one test strip box did have damage to it. The corner of the box was ripped. Unfortunately, we do have to deduct for this kind of damage. Boxes must be in perfect/new condition in order to receive the full payout. Any sort of damage, small or larger, will result in a lesser paid discount. I did receive my money quickly; however, there was no explanation as to why my order was dropped from $55.00 down to $42. My boxes of strips were brand new and in excellent condition when I wrapped them for mailing. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
