Hi Jimmy. The diabetic supply market is always volatile, which always makes it difficult to maintain consistent rates on many testing supplies. It doesn't help that the supply chain issues have created shortages in almost every industry. As of now, there is currently a surplus of diabetic supplies on the market. And because of this, we have an overstock of inventory which has caused rates to drop. This issue is occurring across the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. Hello Wayne. I reviewed your order and everything was perfect except one of your boxes. You were paid less due to the expiration date on your box (7/2022). This box is due to expire soon, which is why you were paid $10 for it. In order to receive the full payout, our policy states boxes must be dated 2/2023 and LATER this month. Hi Ana. I reviewed your husbands order and the reason for the lesser payout was because he ripped the boxes when he removed the RX labels. For future reference, we prefer you leave the RX labels on. We have a great team that can safely remove and dispose of the RX labels without causing damage to the boxes. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout.
