I was truly disappointed for the first time in a few years of selling. I received my emailed statement that one of my test strip boxes were marked and paid for as crushed and the other was not. Very strange as it was mailed in the same box provided by teststripbuyers and wrapped the same way as always. How was one crushed and the other not. I will try this company one more time and if they pull this again I will be moving on to someone better.

Hi Toni. I reviewed your order and your one box was slightly bent at the top. For this reason we had to deduct 50% less. Boxes do need to be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions. Thank you!

I have always been paid too dollar but the name has changed even though the shipping address was the same I sent 7 boxes and only received 125. According to the price guide it should of been 200. If you aren’t paying me for each box I think the ones you didn’t use should be sent back with an explanation on WHY! .. surely disappointed..
Response from Test Strip BuyersMar 29, 2022
Hi Melody - I reviewed your order and all the boxes we received were short dated with expiration dates 10/2022 and 11/2022. Our policy states boxes must be dated 12/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout. For that reason you were paid 50% less each box. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. We're happy to help answer any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you!
