I called your customer service because you cheated me out of money, she’s telling me the 2 boxes of test strips (102 count)that I sent expired in January 2020 which is not true, they expired in August 2020 Therefore you cheated me out of $35. Plus I sent six boxes of lancets and you only credited me for three of them. This is a rip off and I will tell everyone on Facebook and every other social media that you cheated me and you do not honor what you say. Of course the girl promised to call me back within 24 hours after she spoke to a supervisor but that didn’t happen. You are not a reputable company

I like teststripbuyers.com but I ordered another kit a week ago and still haven't received it.

This is the second time use people did it to me I send you boxes Little Boxes they boxes which is advertised for $45 of a box so I don't know how you sent me this one $25 why is the second time you guys just what you said that you don't use the other one but you keep them she probably saw him never going to send you nothing worst ones that I ever seen my life

I understand that you require packages to be in mint condition....but I checked all my boxes very well and was shorted 5 boxes on my check. I find this very hard to believe and if they are damaged then I need an explanation since they won't be returned....I will not be doing business with you again and I will be reporting this as fraud and telling my diabetic friends.

I received half of the monies that were posted on their website. When I called the company I was given different excuses as to why! The supervisor that I ended up talking to tried to tell me that the test strips that I sent were manufactured differently. Therefore less $$$. I will no longer do business with a co that baits & switches.

cheated out of money

I sent in 6 boxes of test strips of 100 count Onetouch. 1 had an expiration date of 07/20/2020. All others have an expiration of 2021 - 2022. Therefore, the check I received today is not the amount for my 6 boxes of Onetouch test strips. I will be returning your check and requesting a return of my test strips. Thank you!
