However, you did agree on a $20 payout and we went ahead and provided you with that courtesy payout for your order regardless of the issue with it. I also see that you spoke with one of our supervisors at the time regarding this. Seems like there was confusion on the amount of test strips that was sent. Hi Lolita! Thank you for your order. I reviewed your order and we received one box of Contour Next 50 count, which at the time was valued at $20 per box. We also received a box of lancets at $1 and we also applied your $10 first time customer bonus. Total payout of $31. Payment was made correctly. Hi Suprena! I reviewed your order and you were paid correctly. We received 2 boxes of One Touch Ultra 50 count at $22 per box x 2 = $44, plus $2 for the lancets and $10 for your first time customer bonus. Bringing your total payout to $56. I would recommend double checking with your pharmacy to see if they provided you with the correct count. The boxes we received were 50 count not 100 count boxes.
