Hi Michele! We have reviewed your order and on the order we received from you we received 6 boxes of One Touch Verio 100s which at the time we were currently paying $24 each for. On top of this we also paid you $10 scratch ticket bonus, and $5 for a box bonus for sending 6 units of test strips to us. It sounds like from your message that you have confused the One Touch Verio test strips with the One Touch Ultra test strips. For this order you were paid in correctly and in full. We would love to go over this with you further to go over any confusion there might be. Thank you!

Hi Roderick! I reviewed your order and the issue with the lesser payout was because the items we received were mail order True Metrix which are not listed on our website as acceptable items and also True Test strips we do not accept either. Everything else was good on your order and you were paid in full for that. We will be contacting you via email. Thank you!

HI Joan! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your box of One Touch Ultra's was expired. 1/2019. Our policy is listed on our website as to what the dates must be. Also, you were paid in full and correctly for your 9 boxes of One Touch Verio 25 count. Those are listed on our website for $3 per box x 9 = $27. You also received a $20 box bonus and $4 for your lancets. I am not aware of any other company that pays much for the One Touch Verio 25 counts. They are a much smaller quantity than all the 50 and 100 count boxes. Big price difference. As far as your check being inside a kit, we do this so our customers always have another kit on hand for their next order. That information is listed on our information guide on our website. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this matter. We will also be contacting you via email. Thank you!

Hi Robert! I carefully reviewed your order and according to our records 4 of your boxes were ripped. Therefore, you were paid 50% less for those 4 boxes. Boxes must be in PERFECT condition in order to receive a full payout. Even the smallest rip will result in a lesser payout. We are a very reputable company and we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. With that being said, we will be emailing you to further discuss this matter. Thank you!

Hi Kevin! I reviewed your order and the issue with your items were the expiration dates. You had 4 boxes that were dated 7/2020, 8/2020. At the time the dates needed to be 2/2021 and after to receive a full payout OR range from 11/2020-1/2021 to receive a 50% less payout. Your 4 boxes fell short of that, therefore, we could not issue a payout on those 4 boxes. Our expiration date policy can be found on our website and our mailed forms. Your other 7 boxes were perfect and you were paid in full for those. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding your order. We will also be contacting you via email. Thank you!
