I'm a first time customer, called in told person what I had to sell, was quoted a price and promised shipping kit was on its way. After a week called back, to find out the shipping kit had not been mailed, this time was quoted a lower price for my items and promised a shipping kit would be mailed. Thank you.

The website has no way to edit number of strips. I kept trying to put in a new order but the total strips added to the last number

Three days ago i sent in some test strips that were dated 4-30-21 for the expiration date it says in there facts and questions on there website under what is there expiration date policy it says 4-2021. I was supposed to get $20 for my test strips and $5 for a scratch off ticket. I got $15.00 that's it. This is the second time now in a row that they short changed me. You all have to realize that they are giving you half of what your strips are worth or in my case less.

Hi Tina! I reviewed your order and you were paid 50% less for you box because of the 4/2021 expiration date. On our website it states boxes must be dated 5/2021 and LATER to receive a full payout OR range from 2/2021-4/2021 to receive a 50% less payout, which is why you were paid 50 % less for your box. We will be contacting you via email to clarify our policy. Thank you!

Hi Ross, We have reviewed your order and on the order we received from you we received 5 boxes of Verio 100s which we are currently paying $30 each for. On top of this we also paid you $10 for your first order bonus, and $5 for a box bonus for sending 5 units of test strips to us. It sounds like from your message that you have confused the Verio test strips with the Ultra test strips. For this order you were paid in correctly and in full. We would love to go over this with you further to go over any confusion there might be.
