The shipping kit just arrived yesterday 10 days after I requested, though that may be as much the USPS as you. We are sending you 5 10 packs of Omnipod insulin pods. The shipping box you sent was not big enough for even 1 10 pack of Omnipod pods. I purchased a box at Walmart and dropped it at the Post Office today. Your kit took longer than expected to arrive to us, but when it did, we issued payment by the next business day as we promised. I see your payment posted yesterday to your PayPal account. They sent me an email with their November price list. The strips I sent them they said they were paying $15 a box. I sent them 15 boxes which should have been $225. They sent me a check for $140! I contacted them and they said due to the market they can only pay $8 a box! If they sent a November price list shouldn’t the price be good through November? It was November 14 when this happened. I asked for them to return my strips and I would return their check but they said unfortunately they could not do that. I am furious they won’t send them back and there is nothing I can do except write a review and file a complaint with BBB. This is not the first time I have had this problem with them but the first time they reimbursed me this time they quit responding to my emails. If you have strips to sell go somewhere else there are too many companies out there for this nonsense to happen.
