No boxes were damaged. I won't be sending you anymore. I WAs getting 25.00 a box. No way u get anymore from me.

Cost when I shipped them was $42 per box and I received $35 per box. When I called to ask about this the lady said she would check on it then made me wait and I could hear her moving around but I kept saying hello. Hello. Hello but she would not respond. I will sell my strips to one of your competitors from now on. This was better when it was diabetic strips for cash. Never had a problem.

They keep changing their rules so you never know what they'll pay you or why.

Hi Tom! The only thing that changes monthly is our expiration date policy. It changes by one month. For example, this month boxes must be dated 2/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout. Next month, the date will change to 3/2022. The pattern follows. Everything else is the same. Boxes must always be manufactured sealed, with no kind of damage. Damages include...rips, tears, ink damage, creases, etc.

Payment method was sent by check, but my account details clearly say it's supposed to be via PayPal. This is the second time this has happened. My login email is the correct one, but my account lists an old email address...For some reason I can't update it on your site.

Hi Ann! I reviewed your order and we emailed you a photo of the damaged boxes. Both boxes clearly have damage. Our policy states boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. For that reason, you were paid at a discounted price for both boxes.

I never received payment for the test strips I sent them. When I contacted them 2 months after sending them in, they said the strips were not a brand they accept. However, when they asked me what I had, I told them in detail and they were said to be accepted. They never contacted me to let me know anything. I say they are a rip-off! I wish I could give 0 Stars!
