Hi Lisa! I reviewed your order and everything was great other than the 2 boxes of non-retail test strips we received. We do not accept the Mail Order version of True Metrix. This is also listed on our website to not send the True Metrix with the red strip bottom. If you are ever unsure about your order or what to send, you can always email us.
